Fuel Center Clerk

Assist customers and manage cash register.

Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the fuel center.

Recover stock, fill out incident and security reports, and maintain compliance documentation.

* Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service


* Pump gas


* Complete daily tour and inspection


* Fill out incident and security reports


* Clean up fuel spills and complete Fuel Spill Report


* Recover displays; maintain cleanliness of department


* Perform cashier functions


* Answer telephones


* Comply with corporate policies


* Comply with all safety guidelines and standards


* Promote and follow company initiatives


* Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures


* Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.


* Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.

* Ability to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
