3rd Shift Crisis Professional Join the LifeWays Crisis Services team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.

Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Crisis Services, the Crisis Professional provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to help individuals achieve crisis stabilization, recovery, and greater independence.

What You'll Do Provide crisis intervention and support in both community and onsite settings Assist individuals with accessing community resources and services Support inpatient placement coordination and follow-up care Observe and communicate behavioral or mental health changes to clinical staff Provide crisis transportation and assist with support groups as needed Help maintain a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment Complete administrative and team support tasks as assigned
