Compensation: $40k-$45k + Commission Schedule: In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM How Youll Do It Engages & participates with the recruiting/sourcing using all resources effectivelyAccurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software systemPerforming applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document processSourcing, screening, interviewing a min of 10+ candidates weeklyManages & performs drug screen process and complianceEnsure completion and compliance of background checks for new hiresFacilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidatesResponsible for documenting all candidate/associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys/exit interviewsAll other duties as assigned What Youll Bring Heres what else were looking for: High School Diploma (or equivalent)1 year recruiting experience (preferred), one year of previous customer service experience or appropriate business experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and recent, relevant industry experienceBilingual in both English and Spanish a plusAbove average communication skills to communicate effectively with applicants and employeesA cooperative, team-oriented demeanor, yet also able to work independentlyPossess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications The Benefits: We take care of our team and provide great benefits: Paid Time OffCompetitive Health BenefitsCareer Journey planning and employee recognitionCulture is important to us and there are numerous options to get involved and collaborate, including giving back to our local communities, staying fit, joining our cultural networks, and having fun and celebrating together!
