Canvasser - SIGN ON BONUS

Job Title: Canvasser Reports To: Residential Canvassing Manager Key Responsibilities Door-to-Door canvassing to schedule appointments for qualified roof inspections.Identify qualified homes for roofs that need replacement following guidelines such as: age of roof, siding condition, edged metal, flashing, insurance provider, etc.Input customer information in CRM and Soliciting Software.Learn and memorize sales pitches, rebuttals, and product information.Confidently communicate and answer questions with customers.Track leads and attempts at solicitation in canvassing software, while following-up on warm leads.Meet daily and weekly expectations set by manager.Maintain proper solicitation licensing and badging.Create leads from digital/social media marketing and business-to-business sources.

Qualifications Ability to use smart devices and input data into a CRM.Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Must be able to work independently and with others.Good time-management skillsMust be driven and motivated to meet daily and weekly KPIs.Must have a valid driver's license.Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements Must be able to drive, traverse long distances and remain stationary for long periods of time.Must be able to climb long driveways and steep porch steps.Must be able to work outside in hot and cold weather.

Heres how youll get paid: Base Pay $85 per Qualified Lead Earn $85 for every qualified lead you generate.

A lead is consideredqualified when it meets our criteria and is accepted by our sales team.

Bonus Opportunity 1 $40 per Filed Claim Earn an additional $40 when one of your qualified leads results in a filed insurance claim.

Bonus Opportunity 2 1% of Gross Sale If your lead results in a completed installation, youll receive1% of the total contract value as a bonus.

$500 Sign-On Bonus We value commitment and effort.

If you remain with us for at least30 days and generate 10 qualified leads during that time, you'll receive a $500 sign-on bonus as a thank-you for hitting the ground running.
