Lead Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:


* Monitor and manage case queues to process incoming lead and entitlement support requests.


* Validate customer information, update system records, and maintain data integrity across CRM tools.


* Resend digital entitlement emails and activation links using approved templates.


* Respond professionally to global customer inquiries and coordinate internally to resolve issues.


* Maintain transaction tracking records while complying with governance and process standards.

Job Requirements:


* Bachelor's/College Degree in Business or an equivalent field.


* Familiarity with BFO CRM (or equivalent systems) and standard Microsoft Tools.


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize incoming tasks.


* Solid written and verbal communication skills.


* Ability to strictly adhere to process workflows and guidelines.
