Facilities Maintenance Technician 1 Part-Time

The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Facilities Maintenance Tech.

Assist with minor general maintenance and repairs on the facility and its equipment as directed.

Ensure proper and timely completion of theatre and ballroom event setup.

What You'll Do: Perform minor general maintenance on the building and its fixtures to include seating, lighting, minor construction, painting, etc as assigned in the work order system, in a timely and accurate manner, and log all activity in the work order management system.Complete timely and accurate ballroom and theatre event setups according to event floor plans and diagrams, including tables/chairs, dance floors, bars, furniture, or other equipment as needed.Load, unload, and move furniture, equipment, fixtures, deliveries, and other items as needed.

Receive and deliver deliveries as needed.

Respond to inbound requests for admin or event support like equipment troubleshooting, ladder needs, light bulb changes, etc.

Other duties as required.
