Litigation Paralegal (CLT)

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to attorneys in the preparation of legal documents, researching legal precedents, and assisting with the discovery process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of litigation procedures and be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: Draft various pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documentsPrepare and respond to discovery requestsRequest, follow up, and obtain medical records/bills related to client treatmentVerify and document account balances with medical providersReview and summarize medical recordsAssist with trial preparation, including jury instructions, trial exhibits, subpoenas, etc.Manage court dockets and deadlinesDraft settlement calculations and agreementsOther administrative duties such as organizing case files, calendaring hearings, filing, etc.
