The position of Systems Engineer is critical to ensure continuous and stable IT services for a pleasant end user experience.

Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions
1.

Maintain Network Infrastructure, Server Infrastructure, Software (alongside application owners), & Client Hardware/Printers    
2.

Manage Helpdesk workflow and workload, resolve escalated helpdesk tickets, & see end-user issues through to completion    
3.

Maintain inventory of hardware/software  
4.

Manage Hardware & Software life cycles
5.

Onboarding/training of new users for IT systems  
6.

Performs other duties as assigned.
7.

Attendance is an essential job function. 

Education:


* HS Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelors Preferred

Experience:


* 3+ in IT related field


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills    


* Ability to discuss and present technical ideas to non technical audience    


* Expert in Server Hardware configuration and deployment    


* Expert in Server software configuration and deployment    


* Expert in Network (router/switch/firewall) configuration and deployment    


* Intermediate experience with VOIP/Intercom   


* Identify and prioritize workload appropriately    


* Expert knowledge in internal systems (office, accounting, print, sales, etc)    


* Ability to learn and deploy new tech quickly and effectively
