A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Filling and organizing papers and documents in the Filling Room.


* Sorting and arranging documents according to the required procedures.


* Ensuring all papers are properly filed and organized.


* Checking documents to ensure they are complete and accurately arranged.


* Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient Filling Room.


* Handling documents carefully and ensuring they are stored in the appropriate locations.


* Supporting the team with daily filing and administrative tasks when required.


* Following company policies, procedures, and work standards.


* Working efficiently and accurately to complete assigned tasks.


* Cooperating with colleagues and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

What we need from you


* Bachelor’s Degree, High School Diploma, or Undergraduate students are welcome to apply.


* Students are welcome and encouraged to apply.


* Good organizational and time-management skills.


* Attention to detail and accuracy.


* Responsible, reliable, and committed to assigned tasks.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* No previous experience is required.

* Employment Type: Casual Basis.


* Working Hours: 6–8 hours per shift.
