As a Sales Specialist with Varian Medical Systems, you will support the Southeast Region sales team, help drive revenue growth, and gain valuable hands-on experience working directly with sales leaders and customers.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will play a key role in helping the region achieve its sales goals and revenue targets.

What You'll Do


* Partner with District Sales Managers to support daily sales activities.


* Manage the customer upgrade process and identify revenue opportunities.


* Assist in developing strategies for new sales leads and business growth.


* Support customer and account management efforts.


* Collaborate with Operations to drive revenue and customer success.


* Manage backlog items to help achieve regional goals.


* Travel with the sales team and participate in customer visits to build your sales and relationship management skills.

What You'll Bring


* 1+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.


* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.


* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).


* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.


* A motivated, customer-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow.


* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
