Our facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

You'll work alongside an experienced rehab team dedicated to helping residents regain function, independence, and confidence.

🏥 Your Responsibilities


* Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans


* Help residents improve functional independence and quality of life


* Accurately document progress and outcomes


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members


* Promote a positive, encouraging therapy experience

✅ What We're Looking For


* Active California COTA license


* Positive attitude and passion for helping others


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required)
