* Help clients strengthen safety culture, reduce risk exposure, and improve operational performance
* Act as a key contributor to client engagements, balancing technical expertise with relationship management
What You'll Bring:
Required
* BS/MS in safety, occupational health, engineering, or related science degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years (4+ years preferred) of relevant experience working with clients, preferably within technology, manufacturing, or R&D environments
* Knowledge of OSHA federal regulations, state and local safety regulations, policies, and procedures
* Experience with practical implementation of one or more H&S focus areas listed above
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, remain flexible, and work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity from clients, regulators, and stakeholders
* High level of professionalism, ethics, responsiveness, and positivity
* Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion
* Strong team collaboration skills, particularly in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
