Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) - $6000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time

We are looking for an RN or LPN to lead our skin integrity initiatives and provide expert clinical care to our amazing residents!
Responsibilities


* Assess and treat patients with wounds, colostomies, and acute injuries.


* Educate staff and patients on infection control and pressure ulcer prevention.


* Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimum recovery outcomes.


* Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications


* Prior wound care clinical experience is required.


* Valid Tennessee RN or LPN license.
