JOB DESCRIPTION Certified Pharmacy Technician (Immunization Certified) Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Technician (Immunization Certified) Division: QSI Kam Department: Pharmacy Technician Section: Location: QSI Inc Reporting To: Rx Clinical Pharmacy Manager FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Casual Part-Time Compensation: $21-$25 /hr.

(based on experience) Revision Date: 08/21/26 POSITION SUMMARY: The Certified Pharmacy Technician (Immunization Certified) primarily supports our onsite vaccination clinics, serving businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other partner locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (responsibilities include, but are not limited to): Administer CDC-recommended vaccines in accordance with state regulations and company protocols.

Assist pharmacists during onsite vaccination clinics and community immunization events.

Educate patients on vaccines and answer basic immunization-related questions.

Complete vaccine screening, documentation, and reporting requirements accurately.

Support clinic setup, workflow management, and inventory control.

Process prescriptions and assist with pharmacy operations when assigned to a pharmacy location.

Maintain high standards of patient care, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Represent Times Pharmacy positively within the community.

OTHER DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer vaccines Assist pharmacists during immunization clinics Educate patients and complete vaccine documentation Support clinic operations and workflow Assist in pharmacy locations as needed EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION: High school / Secondary school diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageCurrent Certified Pharmacy Technician certification.Immunization Administration Certification.State of Hawaii Pharmacy Technician Certificate of RegistrationBasic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Preferred) SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to travel to clinic locations as needed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
