What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities include:


* Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments


* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans


* Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient goals


* Supervising and mentoring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)


* Educating patients and families on discharge planning and home safety strategies


* Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Current and valid California Occupational Therapy License
