Location: On-Site - Turlock, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $20.00- $22.00/hour

Shift: Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00 am-7:30 pm and Thursday - Saturday 8 am-5 pm with occasional modified hours as needed

The base hourly range for this position is $20.00- $22.00 for employees hired in the Central Valley area.

Position Summary

As a Family Liaison/ Child Care Aide at our Turlock Family Resource Center in the Family and Community Division, you will utilize your experience and skills to deliver parent-child curriculum via classroom instruction, workshops, events, and activities for new parents to learn about parenting their young children.

You will also help build their social support while empowering them to become part of a strong parent community!

Key Responsibilities

Family and Community Liaison


* Recruit and engage families in Center services through building and strengthening relationships with community partners.

Identify potential referral sources (community partners) in the center's catchment area.


* Develop new and maintain existing family referral sources (resource library) to help families with common parenting and early childhood concerns t; provide on-site initial contact with potential participants, when indicated.
