Preferred Qualifications


* Experience working in a manufacturing environment


* Bachelors degree in Business Administration desirable


* Working knowledge of OHCMS system


* Excellent oral and written communication skills.


* Quick response time


* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint with knowledge of SQL database and queries.


* Strong negotiating skills


* Proficient knowledge of manufacturing, accounting, labor reporting, routings, inventory control and quality requirements.

Job Summary

The Lot Trace Admin is responsible for implementation of a OHCMS System.

This involves developing, maintaining, and ensuring complete implementation of the system.

This position will coordinate the interface between HWF and HIT.

It will also coordinate Lot Trace interface with Cost Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Data Processing.

It will contribute to the overall performance of HWF by implementing new or revised computer programs or systems to meet HWF's needs.

This position renders service to maintain operability of labor reporting critical to manufacturing and inventory control.
