Role and Responsibilities of the Value Chain Leader (VCL)

New Product Introduction (NPI) Strategy and Execution

The VCL leads strategy and execution for new product launches, working with CMC and Global Commercial Teams.

Responsibilities include meeting Innovative Medicines Supply Chain (IMSC) deliverables, managing projects, setting priorities, developing business cases, and overseeing implementation.
