Partnerships Delivery Manager - Payments- Vice President

As a Product Delivery Manager in Omnichannel Payments commercialization , you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities



* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination


* Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers


* Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap


* Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition


* Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


* Develop and maintain go to market material: sell box, pitch book, FAQ, sales training material, etc.


* Develop product strategies for different verticals and the vision that delivers value to our customers


* Design product and sales campaigns that execute on key deliverables and highlight our customer's needs


* Execute an Omnichannel Partnership strategy in line with our product and vertical strategy


* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics


* Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management


* Expertise Payments in different verticals


* Strong expertise in Merchant Acquiring, payment processing or payment operations, payment applications and front-end APIs


* Experience creating new partnerships and manage relationships leading to strong business value


* Require basic API knowledge


* Understanding of the various consumer journeys in different verticals and how it translates to product strategy and partnerships
