Analyst - Pursuit Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support pursuit readiness activities before and after RFP release by maintaining schedules, trackers, and workstream coordination materials.
- Maintain workplans, action-item logs, decision trackers, milestone calendars, risk registers, and status reports for assigned workstreams.
- Track owner assignments, due dates, dependencies, open items, and follow-up actions to support schedule adherence.
- Monitor pursuit milestones, flag schedule risks, and escalate barriers requiring leadership attention.
- Coordinate questions, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups across writing, pricing, operations, sales, and proposal teams.
- Prepare concise status updates that summarize progress, upcoming deadlines, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Use approved AI-enabled tools to help summarize updates, organize action items, streamline tracker maintenance, and improve follow-up efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Program Requirements:
-Specialized experience needed: organizing and maintaining pursuit schedules, workplans, action-item logs, decision trackers, milestone calendars, risk registers, status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up materials.
-Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, responsiveness, deadline discipline, and ability to coordinate across multiple contributors.
-Must be able to identify incomplete information, flag schedule risks, prepare concise updates, and use approved AI-enabled tools to support summarization, action organization, tracker maintenance, and follow-up efficiency.
-Strong Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration-tool skills preferred.
This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Reliable high-speed internet service
