View Point Health Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinical Team Lead Job Code: HCP053/Social Worker, Licensed Supervisor Shift: Full-Time (40 hours per week on average) Job Hours: 8:30 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday with some evening hours required, occasional Saturdays Base Location: Covington, GA Division/Department/Program: Residential SUD Services/PACE Detox View Point Health provides comprehensive behavioral health and substance use disorder services to individuals and families across its service area.

The Clinical Team Lead plays a critical leadership role within a short-term, medically monitored detoxification setting, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care while supporting access, clinical flow, documentation integrity, and operational performance.

PACE Detox Center is a short-term, 24/7 residential substance use detoxification program focused on medical monitoring, stabilization, and early engagement in recovery services.

The program emphasizes safety, therapeutic engagement, coordinated access to care, and timely transitions to appropriate levels of treatment.

The Clinical Team Lead is a working supervisor who provides both direct clinical services and day-to-day leadership for key non-nursing clinical roles.

This position supervises the Care Coordinator and Peer Coach positions and holds primary responsibility for coordinating access to care, supporting admission and discharge flow, and ensuring that clinical services are delivered in compliance with agency, payer, and regulatory standards.

The Clinical Team Lead partners closely with the Charge Registered Nurse (RN) and Provider to support timely and clinically appropriate admission decisions, maintain program structure, and ensure that clinical and operational priorities remain aligned.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership & Supervision Serves as the direct supervisor for the Care Coordinator and Peer Coach positions, providing ongoing guidance, support, coaching, and performance feedback.

Provides day-to-day oversight of assigned clinical and paraprofessional staff, including documentation review for quality, accuracy, and compliance with agency and payer requirements.

Participates in hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and corrective action processes for supervised staff.

Provides clinical supervision to licensed clinicians as applicable and delivers direct therapeutic services to clients as needed.

Access to Care & Program Flow Oversees and coordinates access to care activities, including referrals, screening support, admissions coordination, and communication with internal and external partners.

Partners closely with the Charge RN to support timely admission decisions, manage census flow, and address barriers to admission or discharge.

Leads and participates in Treatment Team meetings to support discharge planning, legal accuracy, and appropriate placement decisions.
