Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Java Spring Boot Developer, you will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices that integrate with REST APIs and databases.

In this client-facing Consultant role, you will collaborate with technical teams, product stakeholders, and clients to deliver secure, high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle while supporting Agile delivery, continuous improvement, and high-quality engineering practices.

* Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security.


* Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and distribute microservices using clean, scalable, and testable design patterns.


* Create responsive, accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.


* Design and optimize database integrations using SQL, Hibernate/JPA, and Spring Data with relational and NoSQL databases.


* Implement application security practices, including OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and secure handling of sensitive data.


* Support CI/CD and cloud deployment activities using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, AWS, Azure, or GCP.


* Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, peer code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automated testing.


* Communicate effectively with client and internal stakeholders, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.


* Adjust and align working hours, as needed, to support client teams and collaboration across EST and CST time zones.


* Design and develop new backend API functionality to enhance specialist referral performance and user experience
