Digital Marketing Specialist

Position: Digital Marketing Specialist FLSA: Full-Time, Non-exempt/Hourly Location: 2252 N.

Broadway Moore, Oklahoma 73160 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (occasional nights/weekends for events) General Purpose: Optimizes the website as a member of the marketing department.

Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Supervision Exercised: None Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence, website optimization and website upkeep.

This role is responsible for maintaining website performance, executing SEO and SEM strategies, and supporting marketing initiatives through community engagement and Realtor-focused programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, performance, and user experience Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings Plan and execute SEM campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) Monitor website performance and analytics, providing actionable insights Support and assist with community events and marketing initiatives Coordinate and participate in Realtor events and outreach efforts Manage and execute Realtor rewards and incentive programs Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and drive traffic and leads Safety Sensitive Position Other duties as assigned.
