Core Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance Perform routine PM services on diesel trucks and trailersInspect systems to prevent downtime and breakdowns Diagnostics & Repair Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and braking systemsDiagnose issues efficiently and accuratelyRepair trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment Welding / Fabrication Support Assist with welding and fabrication repairs as neededSupport structural and equipment repairs when required Safety & Compliance Ensure all work meets DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA standardsVerify equipment is safe and road-ready before releaseMaintain accurate maintenance records and documentation What Were Looking For 35 years of experience as a diesel mechanic, truck mechanic, trailer technician, or fleet maintenance technicianStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with diesel engines, brake systems, and preventive maintenanceWelding or fabrication experience is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong focus on safety, quality, and reliability Schedule Full-Time Positions Available1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift Options Requirements High School Diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 75 lbsBasic computer and documentation skillsMust pass drug screening, background check, and employment verification Why This Role Stands Out This is not a turnover shop or temporary role.
