Entry Structural Drafter

In this full-time role, youll collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers and architects to deliver precise, constructible designs for a variety of industrial, municipal, and renovation projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with designing and preparing accurate working plans, charts, scale drawings, and revisions for municipal water and wastewater projects using established engineering drafting methods and AutoCADSupport the development and interpretation of process flow diagrams and P&IDs under the direction of senior designers and engineersCoordinate with project team members to obtain technical information, equipment data, catalog cuts, and vendor information.Participate in site visits to collect field information and provide technical support to the Project Manager and design teamMaintain organized project files and incorporate redlines, markups, and quality-control comments accurately and on schedule PREFERRED SKILLS Coursework or internship experience related to municipal water, wastewater, civil infrastructure, or process design.Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, GIS, or third-party equipment selection software.Prior experience reading construction drawings or supporting field documentation.

ADDITIONAL NOTES This position is intended as a developmental design role with regular guidance from experienced designers, engineers, and project managers.

Assignments increase in complexity as technical proficiency and knowledge of company standards grow.
