As a Host, you are the first and last impression our guests have of The Heirloom Room the warm, welcoming presence that sets the tone for the entire dining experience from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering a polished, courteous guest experience on every shift.

What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a welcoming and seamless arrival experienceMaintain positive guest relations throughout the dining experience, addressing needs and concerns with courtesy and professionalismBe aware of wait times and communicate them clearly and proactively to guestsExtend a genuine, courteous farewell to every departing guestMaintain familiarity with the menu and highlight featured items for guests when appropriate Operations & Standards Maintain complete knowledge of table and seat numbers and proper table setupsGuide servers and bus persons on table setup and guest flow throughout each shiftStay in constant communication with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure timing and food preparation is synchronized with guest flowCheck with the kitchen regularly to confirm menu item availabilityAssist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room at all timesRestock supplies and complete closing duties as assignedFollow all AATMOS standard operating procedures and service standards
