Job Summary Buckingham, an LJP Company, is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Swing Driver (Class B CDL) to provide route coverage and operational support across multiple service areas.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring uninterrupted service by filling in on assigned routes as needed and safely transporting waste and recyclable materials from customer locations to designated disposal and recycling facilities.

The Swing Driver will report to and operate from two locations: St.

Louis Park, MN and Prior Lake, MN.

The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable learning multiple routes while maintaining compliance with all CDL regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Responsibilities Collect residential waste, municipal solid waste (MSW), and recyclable materials along assigned routesProvide route coverage for drivers who are absent, on vacation, or when additional operational support is neededSafely operate commercial waste and recycling vehicles across multiple service areasPotentially operate roll-off routes depending on experience and operational needsTransport collected materials to designated landfill and recycling facilitiesPerform assigned routes in a safe, efficient, and timely mannerComplete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned vehiclesCommunicate with Route Managers upon completion of assigned routesFollow assigned route schedules and ensure all designated stops are serviced accuratelyAttend monthly safety meetings and ac...
