Electrical Technician Development Program - July 2027
Kickstart your career in energy management and automation through our Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development Program, beginning July 2027.
This unique opportunity is designed for individuals with a two-year technical degree who are ready to apply their knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and software in a hands-on environment.
You'll complete a six-month training program in Franklin, Tennessee, before transitioning into an Associate System Commissioning Specialist role supporting customers across the United States.
Candidates for this position must be open to moving within the US.
Through real-world projects, technical development, and customer engagement, you'll help power the digital transformation of critical electrical infrastructure.
Relocation assistance is provided for both the training program and final assignment location.
What will you do?
* Support the deployment, configuration, and commissioning of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for data centers and commercial/industrial customers.
* Install, customize, and troubleshoot monitoring and control software used in electrical power distribution systems.
* Configure communications between devices and networks while troubleshooting connectivity issues.
* Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and system documentation to support project execution.
* Collaborate with Application Engineers, contractors, and end users during construction and commissioning activities.
* Perform system startup, testing, customer training, and documentation of completed projects.
* Assist customers in defining system requirements and optimizing system performance.

* Safety & Compliance - Follow established safety procedures and quality standards while working onsite and in customer environments.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
