Upstream Flow Controller

Join our US11 Panel builder team as an Upstream Flow Controller and be at the heart of optimizing our supply chain operations! We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who manages supplier relationships, procurement execution, and inbound material flow to support uninterrupted production.

What will you do?


* Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure the availability of raw materials and components while balancing inventory levels and business requirements.


* Plan, develop, implement, and continuously improve material planning processes to support on-time delivery and production schedules.


* Execute daily purchase order (PO) placement, track supplier deliveries, and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular meetings and ongoing communication.


* Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to optimize supply flow and resolve material-related issues.


* Monitor inventory levels against established targets and take proactive measures to address shortages, excess stock, and potential supply risks.


* Ensure continuous product availability by resolving backorders, supply constraints, and delivery delays.


* Review and manage ERP-generated messages, identify recurring issues, and escalate concerns to drive timely resolution.


* Analyze inventory and stock discrepancies, implement corrective actions, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

* 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Material Planning, or a related role.


* Basic understanding of supply chain processes, forecasting, and inventory management.


* Experience using ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


* Effective communication and collaboration skills.


* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
