Details:


* Overseeing Sales and Marketing department for 3 Brookdale communities in Statesville, NC.


* Managing Sales Staff


* Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level of the community


* Closes sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process


* Completes outside Business Development sales calls

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.

Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
