Training Ambassador - 3rd Shift

Are you passionate about helping others succeed and creating a positive employee experience? We are seeking a Training Ambassador to support new hires as they begin their careers with our team.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for employees during onboarding, training, and certification, helping them gain confidence and become successful in their roles.

As a liaison between Production and Employee Services (ES), the Training Ambassador provides guidance, answers questions, helps resolve concerns, and supports positive outcomes through effective problem-solving and de-escalation.

This role plays a key part in employee engagement, development, and retention by ensuring new hires feel supported, informed, and connected from day one.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the Operator Progression Program (OPP).Experience training, mentoring, coaching, or leading peers.Understanding of production operations and expectations.Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive meaningful relationships.
