You'll be the matchmaker between top talent and our incredible opportunities, ensuring every candidate feels valued and excited about joining our team.

We are looking to hire a versatile and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who has strong experience collaborating with multiple facilities, recommending creative sourcing strategies and collaborating with hiring teams to help meet business goals.

This role requires the use of advanced search/sourcing methods, the ability to work cross functionally, and the ability to interact with and communicate effectively with leadership and HR partners to identify best fit talent for salaried professionals and management positions.Qualifications

Education and Experience


* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.


* Minimum 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition with emphasis on full life cycle salaried recruiting.

Preferably in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods setting.


* Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change/process management.


* Strong interpersonal and time management skills.


* Self-starter with high sense of urgency and drive for results in attaining staffing goals.


* Understands Recruiting KPI's and strives for excellence to deliver results.


* Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, and social network recruiting platforms; Oracle Recruitment, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
