Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team.

The Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations, including site preparation, material handling, equipment cleanup, and general labor duties.

This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support daily operations and projects.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance.

• Operate hand and power tools in a safe manner.

• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facilities.

• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Work effectively with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks.

• Assist skilled tradespersons and equipment operators as needed.

• Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and incidents to management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or General Education Degree GED is preferred.

• Previous related experience in the construction field.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

• Previous construction, concrete, masonry, or general labor experience.

• Familiarity with concrete placement and finishing techniques.

• Experience operating construction tools and equipment.

• OSHA 10 certification or other safety training.

Work Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.

• Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

• Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.

• Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• Individuals are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated operations and production areas as stated by OSHA and/or MSHA.

Protective equipment that may be required, but not limited to, for this position is: Face Shield, Safety (hard toe) Shoes, and Coveralls.
