Job Description:

Role Overview

The Director, Supply Chain India Leader is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end supply chain across India, a strategically critical market within APAC.

This role provides enterprise leadership across in‑market supply chain teams and partners closely with the India Commercial Lead to enable business performance, growth, and customer outcomes.

The role carries full accountability for supply chain execution, asset deployment and utilization, customer service and operations, and reliable delivery to end customers.

A core member of the regional leadership team, the India Supply Chain Leader translates business strategy into supply chain plans, delivers insights into demand and capacity dynamics, and ensures optimal cost‑to‑serve while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership


* Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across India, from demand shaping and asset strategy through to customer delivery and service execution.


* Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders, covering:
+ Asset installation and utilization
+ Customer service and operations
+ Order fulfilment and delivery execution


* Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets and operating models.

Business Partnership & IBP Leadership


* Partner closely with the India Commercial Lead and market leadership teams to:
+ Understand business strategy, growth drivers, and market‑specific priorities
+ Translate commercial ambition into executable supply chain plans


* Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by:
+ Providing insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs
+ Shaping and challenging demand plans to support growth while protecting service and cost performance
