Summary of the job:

Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) is a field-based physician and scientist with in-depth knowledge of related therapeutic area, who provides an expert interface between Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine Medical and the external healthcare community on scientific topics.

MSLs help ensuring the safe and effective use of Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine medicines through appropriate scientific dialogue.

Duties & Responsibilities



* MSL's mission is to maximize the value of company products through high quality one-to-one scientific communication with Leading Specialists.

MSL is responsible for achieving the short-term and long-term goals of the company, jointly with other functions, by organizing activities in line with the Medical Department Plan.


* MSL is responsible for discussing our products & their trends in patient care and clinical studies in the therapeutic areas, with Leading Specialists (Physicians, Pharmacists, Board Members of Scientific Societies, etc.) and they should be perceived as "scientific experts in therapeutic area who are considered to be a reliable scientific stakeholder" by LSs.
