DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a BU Operations Staff , located in Chiyoda-ku, Japan.

DePuy Synthesの各事業部の営業•教育活動を円滑かつ効率的に推進するため、社内外の関係者と連携し、各種オペレ-ションおよび事務業務を担う。チ-ムの-員として、業務の効率化•標準化を推進し、事業本部組織全体の生産性向上に貢献する。セパレ-ションに伴い、業務内容に-部変更が加わることがあります。

Key Responsibilities主な職務内容:


* 営業•教育サポ-ト業務
+ 活動業務に関連した資材•備品の手配、管理
+ 営業活動に必要な各種事務処理
+ 各種規制•コンプライアンスに基づいた営業活動のサポ-ト
+ 営業からの各種問い合わせ対応
+ 顧客•代理店対応(問い合わせ対応、調整業務)


* システム•デ-タ管理
+ CRM/各種社内システムへのデ-タ入力•更新
+ レポ-ト作成、デ-タ集計•分析サポ-ト
+ ツ-ル運用


* イベント•プロジェクト支援
+ 学会•イベントの運営サポ-ト
+ 社内外関係者との調整•進行管理
+ 成果物の回収•管理


* オペレ-ション改善
+ 業務プロセスの効率化•標準化の提案•推進
+ ITツ-ルや外部委託の活用による生産性向上
