Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Job Overview

The Manager, Data Contracting Support is responsible for leading operational support and lifecycle management activities that enable effective and compliant data contracting by the business with vendors, customers , research organizations and st rategic partners .

This role plays a key part in ensuring consistent data contract terms to support the compliant use of data related to company medical devices, services, software , employees and cust omers and to advance patient care through the proper collection, maintenance and use of data.

The position partners closely with Legal, IT , I SRM, R&D , HEMA and Commercial teams to implement standardized contract terms for the treatment of p rotected data.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead data contracting support activities, ensuring consistent use of templates and standard t erms across the company .



* Working with the Chief Privacy Officer and Director, Privacy Policies, adjust co ntract temp lates and standard data terms to address changes to privacy and data protection laws.
