Position Summary

As a Weekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts


* Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership


* Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff


* Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed


* Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation


* Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations


* Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively


* Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed


* Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families


* Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment


* Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts

Qualifications
Education & Experience


* Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program


* Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina


* Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required


* Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred


* Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
