Job responsibilities



* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources


* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for complex applications and systems.


* Enhance and optimize automation frameworks, processes, and test execution efficiency.


* Analyze requirements and create detailed, reusable test cases, scenarios, and test data.


* Execute automated and manual tests; analyze outcomes and log/track defects through closure.


* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.


* Participate in code reviews for test scripts and provide actionable feedback.


* Mentor junior testers and promote automation best practices and standards.


* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines; evaluate and adopt new tools/technologies to improve automation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities


* Experience in product deployment processes
