The Supply Chain & Operations Risk Associate Program (RAP) offers the opportunity to gain depth and knowledge in Risk Management across Dairy Foods, Feed, Winfield, and Milk Sourcing.

Gain invaluable experience byparticipatingin our12 to24 monthprogram that offers leadership development, while working enterprise-wide and cross functionally to develop risk management skills and capabilities.

Required Qualifications


* Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027



* Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs



* Successfully completed the Land O'Lakes summer internship program

Salary for this position is $70,000
