Quality Supervisor - 2nd Shift

2nd shift, Sunday - Thursday 2:00PM -10:30PM

As the Quality Supervisor, you will establish, implement and maintain the processes for the Quality Management System (QMS).

The annual salary range for this role is $70,304 - $80,000/Year.

GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California.

This rate may be modified in the future.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures, meeting the requirements of the applicable international quality standards


* Review the QMS at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, including assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for system changes


* Provide high-level reporting on the performance of the system and any recommendations for improvement


* Serve as the site audit authority for all internal and external company audits


* Post all company quality policies and address policy training to make sure it is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels


* Ensure that facility/departmental training, status and setup is reviewed at the required frequency and that the training requirements are met in a timely manner
