What You'll Do: As our Director of Healthcare, you will lead and oversee high-quality healthcare services and programs, improving the lives of our residents and driving the success of our team by: Leading and managing our Health Services team, ensuring high performance through effective selection, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Conducting comprehensive resident assessments prior to move-in and on an ongoing basis, ensuring care plans reflect actual needs and appropriate Level of Care.

Ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance by conducting observations, auditing documentation including EHR/Yardi/Care Stream tasks, Quick Mar/med audits, call light response, and implementing corrective actions.

Coordinating care with all external partners such as physicians, labs, and therapy providers, ensuring all orders and treatments are accurately executed.

Implementing operational policies and procedures to build efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across healthcare services.

Managing departmental functions, including budget, supply inventory, staffing, record-keeping for the care team, and ensuring the physical location is maintained.

Facilitating regular meetings and communication with residents, families, and associates to resolve issues and discuss needs, services, and progress.
