Work You'll Do

As a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to address complex ad hoc talent management and workforce-related inquiries


* Assisting in the creation of clear, executive-ready data visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and recommendations


* Supporting the Deloitte team and client in improving data development, collection, analysis, and reporting processes using databases, spreadsheets, and structured relational database queries

Qualifications

Required:


* 2+ years of experience working with Excel and Tableau dashboards


* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required


* Bachelor's degree
