Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for...


* Lead discrete workstreams (e.g., demand/supply planning, inventory optimization, maintenance planning, production scheduling) and drive day-to-day execution


* Conduct process analysis and design (current/future state maps, requirements, controls, SOPs) for manufacturing/maintenance operations


* Analyze enterprise data (maintenance, procurement, work orders, inventory, production) and convert findings into decision-ready insights and recommendations


* Facilitate workshops and working sessions; capture decisions, actions, and risks/issues/dependencies (RAID)


* Produce client-ready deliverables (roadmaps, operating procedures, KPI frameworks, dashboards requirements, briefings)


* Coordinate stakeholders across operations, engineering, IT, and leadership; translate technical concepts into accessible language
