Work You'll Do

As a PROJECT - Analytics and Insights Engineer III on the Analytics and Insights team, you will be responsible for...


* Lead end-to-end reporting support across SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and Tableau, from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.


* Translate business needs into functional and technical reporting solutions, including key performance indicators, calculations, filters, prompts, and dashboard logic.


* Build and maintain BO universes, Web Intelligence (WebI) reports, and Tableau dashboards with a focus on data accuracy, usability, and performance.


* Troubleshoot refresh issues, data discrepancies, scheduling failures, and report defects in partnership with extract, transform, and load (ETL), data, and platform teams.


* Support source-to-report validation, user acceptance testing, release testing, cutover, documentation, and end-user enablement, while identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize the reporting landscape.
