Quality Assurance - Continuous Improvement Analyst
We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to help drive operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities.
This role combines data analysis, Lean manufacturing, project leadership, and hands-on problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
You'll work closely with leaders, supervisors, and frontline employees to identify opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, and build a culture focused on continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with the Continuous Improvement Manager to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
* Lead and support Lean initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, 3P, TPM, and DMAIC projects
* Conduct time studies and process observations to improve productivity and workflow
* Analyze manufacturing data and develop recommendations to improve performance
* Support SQDE boards and daily management systems
* Monitor customer and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities
* Facilitate value stream mapping activities and develop improvement roadmaps
* Lead cross-functional problem-solving teams and improvement events
* Develop and track KPIs to measure project effectiveness and sustainability
* Support new process implementation and change management efforts
* Create and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), SOPs, and process documentation
* Train and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools
* Work with operations, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to achieve business goals
* Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in Operations, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, or a related field
* Experience leading or supporting Lean Manufacturing initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Comfortable coaching employees at all levels of the organization
* Ability to influence change without direct authority
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
* Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement experience
* Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience
* Experience with value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies
* Power BI, data visualization, or AI experience
* Project management experience
