Reservation Agent

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Reservations Agent.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests exploring vacation rental options, guiding them from initial inquiry through confirmed booking.

This position sits within a centralized regional reservations team supporting multiple independently branded vacation rental companies across the coast.

Agents may be trained to represent more than one brand, with opportunities to expand into additional markets as the team grows.

This is a dynamic, evolving environment, and the individual in this role will help shape how the team operates going forward.

Key Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries received by phone, email, and online booking platforms in a professional and timely manner.

Consult with guests to identify vacation rental properties that best align with their travel needs, group size, and budget.

Provide accurate information regarding property features, availability, rates, policies, amenities, and local area details.

Represent one or more of our brands, adapting to the distinct inventory, policies, and service standards of each.

Follow up with prospective guests to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations and maintain a high standard of service throughout.

Apply established selling techniques to promote travel insurance, gap nights, and other guest-facing services and amenities.

Maintain accurate records within the company's reservation and property management systems.

Adhere to company booking policies, procedures, and service standards in all guest interactions.

Contribute to the ongoing development of team processes, procedures, and best practices.
