You'll work closely with wholesale customers, retail guests, technicians, vendors, and fellow associates to make sure the right parts get to the right place, accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.

Responsibilities of the Parts Counterman As a Parts Counterman, Wholesale Consultant, you will be an important resource for both our internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include: Assist retail and internal shop customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

Inform customers of companion part requirements, available specials, and relevant products to ensure they are aware of the full product line.

Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate price quotes, availability, and other parts information.

Review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.

Provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.

Pull and fill parts orders from stock accurately and efficiently.

Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials requiring immediate attention.

Notify the Service Advisor and customer when special-order parts have been received.

Follow up on back-ordered parts and communicate updates as appropriate.
