Senior Manager- Manufacturing Process Quality

Join us as a Senior Manufacturing Process Quality Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring product excellence.

You'll lead quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and shape the quality culture across our manufacturing operations.

What will you do?


* Drive quality assurance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle to minimize risk and maximize product reliability


* Implement quality culture and continuous improvement practices across manufacturing facilities


* Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines to ensure quality standards are maintained


* Partner with procurement and suppliers to address manufacturing quality issues and implement corrective measures

* Quality Strategy - expert level; defining and implementing comprehensive quality frameworks across manufacturing operations


* PFMEA - advanced level; conducting failure mode analysis to prevent defects before production


* Problem Solving - advanced level; resolving complex manufacturing quality issues using structured methodologies


* Process Auditing - advanced level; evaluating manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities


* Quality Management Systems - advanced level; maintaining and optimizing QMS to meet regulatory and customer requirements


* Root Cause Analysis - advanced level; identifying underlying causes of quality issues and implementing sustainable solutions


* Change Management - advanced level; leading quality-focused transitions for new lines and process modifications


* Five Whys - advanced level; applying systematic questioning techniques to uncover root causes
