Project Manager - Software Ecosystem Transformation

To support this growth, we are driving multiple strategic transformations to strengthen our position as a leading software player in the energy management industry.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the development and execution of a strategic Software Ecosystem Enablement Program, designed to accelerate adoption of our platforms by system integrators, developers, customers, and operators worldwide.

This role is highly cross-functional and global in nature, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and program execution skills.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business Leaders, and external partners to deliver a unified ecosystem experience that enables users to discover, build, learn, connect, and grow on our software platforms.

Program Leadership & Execution


* Partner closely with the Ecosystem Product Leader to execute the roadmap in alignment with business strategy and priorities.


* Drive program execution across multiple teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus on business outcomes.


* Build and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance mechanisms.


* Support the League Leader in establishing and managing program budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
